📌 Vendor Guidelines – Please Read Before Booking
📍 Setup, Arrival & Space Usage

Upon arrival at the venue, please show your booking confirmation receipt to our staff.

Our staff will guide you to your allocated spot, and vendors must follow staff instructions at all times.

All vendors must arrive at least 1.5 hours before the event start time.

Setup must be fully completed at least 15 minutes before the event begins.

Table allocation is decided solely by our staff.

Power / electricity is NOT available for any bookings.
🪑 Table & Stand Rules

Each table size is 70 × 70 cm. Tables will be provided by the organizer.
Vendors must bring their own tablecloth (black or white only).
Bringing your own table is not allowed, and no items may be placed or stored in front of the table at any time. -
Stand space does NOT include a stand — vendors must bring their own stand.
The maximum stand width allowed is 100 cm. -
Floor markings will be provided; all tables and stands must remain within the marked area at all times.

One booking is for one business only. Table or rack sharing is not allowed.

Vendors may only use the space and items they have booked.
Any additional space or items used without booking will be fined. -
If you wish to request an additional table or stand space, it must be booked and paid for in advance.

No changes, additions, or extra items will be allowed on the event day.
💳 Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

All bookings must be made through the website only.
If you register and are unable to attend the event, you must inform us as soon as possible.
A zero-refund policy applies to all bookings. -
Each booking includes 2 chairs. Additional people are not permitted in the vendor area.
📣 Promotion & Participation (Mandatory)

Vendors must promote their participation before and during the event.

Promotion must be done through social media, websites, WhatsApp groups, customer databases, or other network channels.

This is a mandatory requirement of participation.
⚠️ Safety, Waste & End-of-Event Responsibilities

Vendors must ensure that no rubbish, packaging, or unwanted items are left at the venue and that all waste is disposed of properly. All vendors must remove all items immediately at the end of the event; any items left behind will be removed and disposed of, and all related costs will be charged to the vendor.
🤝 Conduct & Communication

All vendors must be courteous, respectful, and cooperative with our staff, other vendors, and visitors at all times.

If you are unsatisfied or have any concerns during the event, you must not discuss these issues with visitors or other vendors.

All concerns must be communicated directly to our team via email at nsmmakingadifference@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

It is strictly forbidden to create conflict, spread negativity, or disrupt the event environment.
⛔ Restricted Products & Businesses

Any products or businesses related to religion, including religious arts & crafts or religious education, are not permitted.
⚖️ Liability & Rule Enforcement

The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or injury to vendors or customers before, during, or after the event.

Failure to follow any of the above guidelines will result in fines and immediate action by our staff.
