📌 Vendor Guidelines – Please Read Before Booking

We are excited to have you as part of the NSM event. To ensure a smooth, professional, and successful experience for everyone, please carefully review the guidelines below.

⏰ Arrival & Setup

  • Please show your booking confirmation upon arrival.

  • Our team will guide you to your allocated space.

  • Vendors must arrive at least 1.5 hours before the event start time.

  • All setups must be completed 15 minutes before the event begins.

  • Table allocation is managed by our team and cannot be changed.

  • Electricity is not available for vendors.

🎨 Stall Styling & Presentation

  • All vendors must maintain a clean, high-end, and professional setup.

  • Products must be neatly displayed on the table or stand only.

  • The area around your stall must remain completely clear to allow smooth visitor movement.

  • No banners, stands, or additional displays are allowed on the floor.

🟫 If you choose Table

  • Table (70 cm*70 cm) will be provided.

  • Please bring your own tablecloth (black or white only).

  • One table per vendor only.

🟫 If you choose Stand Space

  • You must bring your own stand

  • Only single-rod clothing racks are allowed

  • Maximum stand width: 100 cm

  • Double racks or oversized setups are not permitted

  • Only one representative is allowed at the stand

🟫 General Rules (Applies to All Vendors)

• All items must remain within your allocated space at all times
• No floor space outside your booked area may be used
• Bringing mirrors, mannequins, extra stands, or additional display items is not allowed
• Chairs are strictly for sitting only
• All items must be placed on or under your table
• The floor area must remain completely clear at all times
• Additional space or tables must be booked in advance

💳 Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

  • All bookings must be made through the website only

  • Bookings are confirmed only after full payment

  • Payments are non-refundable

  • If you are unable to attend, please inform us as early as possible 

📣 Promotion & Participation (Mandatory)

  • Vendors are required to actively promote their participation before and during the event

  • Promotion should be done via social media, WhatsApp, and personal networks

  • Participation in promotion is a mandatory requirement

⚠️ Safety, Cleanliness & End-of-Event

  • Vendors must maintain cleanliness at their stall at all times.

  • No rubbish or packaging should be left behind.

  • All items must be removed immediately after the event.

  • Any items left behind will be disposed of, and costs may be charged.

🤝 Conduct & Communication

  • Vendors must be respectful, cooperative, and professional at all times.

  • Zero tolerance for arguments, negativity, or misbehavior with staff, vendors, or visitors

  • All concerns must be directed to the event team only and not discussed with visitors

  •  Kindness and respect are expected to maintain a positive environment

⛔ Restricted Products & Businesses

  • To ensure compliance with venue guidelines and UAE regulations, the following are strictly not allowed:

  • Religious or political products/content

  • Books, magazines, or media-related materials

  • Artwork featuring human figures or religious themes

⚖️ Guidelines & Responsibility

  • Vendors are expected to follow all guidelines to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for everyone

  • In case of non-compliance, this may result in removal from the event or applicable charges

  • Vendors are responsible for their products, setup, and personal belongings

  • The organizer is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft

  • Any damage caused to the venue or property must be covered by the vendor

By booking as a vendor, you give NSM Events permission to use any photos/videos taken at the event or shared with us for marketing and promotional purposes.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us create a well-organized and enjoyable experience for all.
